My background in journalism has given me a strong foundation in reporting, writing and editing that informs every role. It has provided me a passion for storytelling and its power to foster connection that is woven into every writing assignment. My reporting skills are essential to understanding how to ask the right questions and building relationships with sources and stakeholders. Journalism has also made me a quick study in becoming familiar with a wide variety of topics, getting to know many audiences, and learning how to package content across many channels and formats to answer those audiences' wants and needs.
